Precision in motion, every mile of the chain of custody.
Less Is Moorer moves specimens, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment between labs, pharmacies, and care sites — routed, timed, and tracked so nothing in the chain goes unaccounted for.
What moves through the network
Each route is built around what it's carrying — temperature range, handling window, and the paperwork that has to travel with it.
Specimen & lab transport
STAT and routine specimens between draw sites, labs, and reference facilities, with cold-chain packaging and time-stamped custody logs at every handoff.
Temperature-controlledPharmacy & pharmaceutical delivery
Scheduled and on-demand runs for prescriptions, controlled substances, and clinical trial materials, handled under documented chain-of-custody protocols.
Chain of custodyMedical equipment & supply runs
Time-sensitive equipment moves between facilities — loaners, repairs, and surplus redistribution — scheduled around procedure windows.
Scheduled or on-demandEmergency & courier dispatch
Direct, single-stop courier for urgent transfers — organs for transplant coordination excluded, but everything else time-critical is in scope.
Priority dispatchFour steps, one continuous record
The same route record follows the shipment from pickup to signature — nothing gets re-entered, and nothing goes untracked in between.
Request & dispatch
A route is requested, matched to a driver, and dispatched — usually inside 18 minutes.
Pickup & documentation
Items are logged, packaged to spec, and the custody record opens at the point of pickup.
Live transit tracking
Location and condition data — including temperature, where relevant — stream in real time.
Delivery & signature
A signed handoff closes the custody record, timestamped and available for audit.
HIPAA-aligned handling
Drivers and dispatch staff operate under documented handling and privacy protocols for every regulated shipment.
Unbroken chain of custody
Every handoff is logged and timestamped, from pickup signature to delivery signature, with no gaps in between.
Verified cold-chain packaging
Temperature-sensitive shipments travel in validated packaging with condition monitoring built into the route record.
"Less Is Moorer picked up our afternoon lab run within twenty minutes — every time, not just on a good day."
Coverage built around facility density, not a fixed radius
Routes are drawn to where labs, pharmacies, and care sites actually sit — not a flat mileage ring from a single depot.
Partner facilities on active routes — labs, pharmacies, and clinics
Dispatch hubs coordinating pickup and delivery windows
Days a week of scheduled and on-demand route coverage
